Run the official launcher for Fallout New Vegas to make sure it has configured FNV for Windows since that's what all 3rd party utilities use. You may need to disable virus programs, fire wall programs, and malware protection programs. All 3rd party utilities and Bethesda Games have to be located outside of Program Files. Wrye isn't compatible with SymLinks according to Lojack one of the original contributors.
